Susan joined Trinity in 2023. With over 15 years of experience as an HR executive, Susan supported her previous employers with thoughtful HR leadership and competitive benefits strategies. Her passion for helping employees at all levels of an organization understand available benefits and utilize the benefits in the most efficient manner is an asset for any client. Prior to joining the team at Trinity, Susan was the Chief People Officer for Red Stag Fulfillment and Chief Human Resources Officer at Summit Medical Group in east Tennessee.

Susan earned her B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University. She is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Susan has called East Tennessee home for over 20 years. She currently lives in Sevier County with her husband Chad.
