Jennifer joined Trinity in 2020, as an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated history of aligning people and business strategy. With 10 years of experience in employee benefits, HR strategy and compliance, Jennifer has worked as an HR partner to employees, business leaders and vendors.
Prior to joining the team at Trinity, Jennifer worked in Employee Benefits for Willis Towers Watson and as a HR Leader for manufacturing companies in both Tennessee and California.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Communications and a M.S. in Human Resources Management from The University of Tennessee, and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

Jennifer is thrilled to call East Tennessee home again, after recently relocating from California with her husband and twin daughters.
