Kim London started her insurance career in 1991 with Kemper Insurance Group as a Property and Casualty Underwriter in Houston, Texas. Her career has taken her to Overland Park, KS to Madison, NJ, back to Houston and now Knoxville, TN. In this time, she moved from underwriting to agency operations to better serve her customers with her depth of knowledge in a vast variety of client operations and the skill set of both underwriter and agent. During her 30-year career, Kim worked for top-tier agencies, including Gallagher, Wells Fargo and USI as an Account Executive, Team Leader and Marketing Specialist developing risk management programs and alternative risk transfer solutions.

In 2021, Kim was presented the opportunity to work with Trinity Advisors and BKS Partners to help start up their Property and Casualty division in Knoxville. She works with our clients to develop best-in-class property and casualty insurance programs. Kim holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.

Kim and her family moved to East Tennessee in 2019 and are enjoying getting to know the area and the Great Smoky Mountains.
