In February 2022, Kim joined Trinity Advisors as a Senior Benefits Analyst with 25 years of experience. She has worked with fully insured and self-insured clients of various sizes. Her experience with claims resolution, marketing, contract reviews, HR, compliance assistance, and more, add great value to our team.

Kim believes in full customer service and helps solve day-to-day issues with her team, working with account managers in servicing and managing clients.

Previously, she spent five years with Sequoyah Group, Inc. in Knoxville and was employed by Willis Tower Watson for 9 years, TIS Insurance for 5 years and Principal Financial for 8 years. She currently holds her Life and Health License with the state of Tennessee.

Kim enjoys camping with her spouse and their 3 dogs every weekend from spring to fall in Crossville. She has 4 children and 7 grandchildren and loves spending time with them.
