Marsha has been in the insurance industry for over 21 years working with both large and small employers servicing all aspects of their employee benefits. Marsha works supporting Benefits Consultants in servicing and managing day to day client issues.

Marsha received her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Tennessee and has lived in Knoxville all her life. She has two children and five grandchildren. She enjoys walking her dog and reading in her free time.
