In 2016, Misty joined the Trinity team as a Senior Client Manager, after spending almost 16 years with Willis Towers Watson in Knoxville. Misty has specialized in areas such as Customer Service, Communications, Technology, Compliance and Operations. This unique background allows her to provide critical thinking and a big picture perspective in delivering client solutions.

She consults with our clients on topics such as consumer-driven health care, total rewards and communication strategies, health care reform, and reporting and analytics. Misty holds a Life and Health Insurance License and actively participates in continuing education opportunities.

Knoxville is “home” to Misty and her husband Adam since they moved here in 2000. They are both huge animal lovers, enjoy traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.
