Shannon comes to Trinity with a wealth of industry experience. She spent over 15 years working on the carrier side of the business in Commercial Health Insurance and Medicare Advantage, with expertise in product strategy and development, product portfolio management, customer experience, vendor management, contracting, account implementation, and marketing and communications. Her big picture perspective and broad background in the industry accelerate desired outcomes to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Shannon graduated from the University of Tennessee and is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Knoxville after recently relocating with her family. She is married with two teenage sons. In her free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on the Volunteers!
