Stephanie serves as Compliance Officer for RBA and Trinity.  Stephanie is a Chattanooga attorney with over 17 years of experience.  While in private practice, she concentrated in the areas of general corporate, finance and lending, real estate and transactional representation.  She also served as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President for over 7 years at a national facility management and services company.  A native of Chattanooga, Stephanie obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, her law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver.
